The Marlowe Bag

A one-of-one shoulder bag made from two vintage linen napkins, giving forgotten household textiles an entirely new life. Soft ivory linen creates a relaxed, slouchy silhouette, while the original delicate floral embroidery is preserved as a beautiful focal detail. Finished with a contrasting woven shoulder strap and button closure. Lightweight, roomy and effortlessly wearable.

Because the linen is vintage, subtle variations and signs of its previous life are part of the piece’s character and story.

Two repurposed vintage linen napkins with original embroidery.

Care:
Hand wash cold with a gentle detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not wring or twist.
Reshape and air dry flat or hanging.
Iron on low if needed, avoiding direct heat on the embroidery and strap.
