SHIPPING + RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ready to ship and one-of-a-kind pieces, mittens and tote bags will ship within  1-3 business days. 

Domestic shipping costs are calculated based on your mailing address and orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.  Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking and your order should arrive within 2-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re proud to ship worldwide and love seeing our pieces find new homes across the globe. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to add it.

International shipping takes 6-10 business days. Longer shipping times can be possible due to customs issues or shipping delays.

Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country.  Born Yesterday cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.

LOST, STOLEN AND RETURNED PACKAGES

Born Yesterday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking an communicate with your carriers about deliveries.  Once the package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers.  We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.

If a package is returned to us via return-to-sender and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.

RETURNS

At Born Yesterday, we want every piece you bring home to feel just right. Each garment is one-of-a-kind and made with care, so we encourage you to read through the product descriptions closely. If you’d like extra details about fit, sizing, or fabrics, we’re always happy to chat — just send us a note at hello@bornyesterday.ca

Because of the handmade nature of our work, we can’t offer refunds. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving your item, and the piece must make its way back to us within 10 days of that request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.

All custom orders, vintage finds, sale items, and discounted pieces are final sale.
