Once I have the details I need, you’ll receive an estimate and an invoice for a 50% deposit. Pricing varies depending on the size, complexity, and materials involved – custom pieces typically range from $300 to $1,500. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping.

The design process includes up to three rounds of creative development. We’ll start broad and narrow things down until it feels just right. Additional design rounds can be added as needed (billed hourly). After the design is finalized, we’ll select fabric colours together — swatches will be provided for your final confirmation.

Once your design and fabrics are approved, the making begins. Each custom piece is carefully handcrafted in our Scarborough studio using rescued and repurposed textiles. Turnaround time is typically 6–8 weeks.
