The Heirloom Slip Skirt

A one-of-one silky maxi skirt created from a repurposed sari lining, giving the piece its beautiful ivory sheen and fluid drape. The front is finished with an ornate section salvaged from a vintage decorative towel, adding delicate lacework and beaded fringe at the waist.

The softly gathered detailing along the hem gives it an almost Victorian feel, while the lustrous fabric keeps it modern and a little undone. Designed to sit close to the ankle and move beautifully when worn.

Material:  Repurposed polyester satin sari lining with vintage textile trim

Care:

• Hand wash cold on a gentle cycle or gently by hand using mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not wring or twist.
• Lay flat or hang to air dry.
• Steam on low if needed. Please handle the vintage trim with care, as its age and delicate detailing are part of the character of this one-of-one piece.
